What do I do if my shipment has been delayed or stuck in transit?Updated 6 months ago

If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, please reach out and confirm your shipping address with us

Though most shipments do get back on track, sometimes packages can get delayed or stuck in the carrier's system. If we confirm there's a significant issue with the delivery, we will happily take a closer look (and if you've selected *Shipping Protection for your order, you will get a replacement or refund issued ASAP!)

If the delayed package is eventually delivered, or you were able to retrieve it, please let us know so we can update our records accordingly 👍

Please note that during our sales events or the weeks and months of holiday seasons, orders can be expected to take longer to arrive, extending the standard US delivery average to 8-10 business days. To guarantee delivery by a certain date, we always recommend selecting an expedited shipping service at checkout.
