My order was marked as "Delivered" but I can't find it. What happens next?Updated 6 months ago

So. You get the notification that your order has been delivered, but there's no package in sight. What?! Ugh! We totally get how frustrating this can be.

Now for some good news: In most cases, packages often show up a day or two after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. 

If the order is still missing after checking in with roommates, neighbors, residence mail rooms, etc., and if it's been 72 hours since your order has been marked delivered, let our Customer Experience Team know 👇
