Most orders leave our warehouse within 72 hours. Keep your eyes peeled for a shipping confirmation email including a tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled ✅

If you're missing the email, check your Spam or Promotions folder just in case! You can also track your order here.

Heads up! It typically takes 24 - 48 hours for your DHL or USPS tracking page to populate after leaving our warehouse. You can rest assured that your package is still en route, and it's completely normal for your carrier's tracking page to show an "invalid" result during this period (pictured below). 

If you have trouble viewing your carrier's tracking information after this period, give our Customer Experience Team a shout here and kindly confirm your shipping address.
