How can I arrange for another delivery attempt if my shipment was undelivered?Updated 6 months ago

If an attempt to deliver your order was unsuccessful, you may need to arrange for another delivery directly through the carrier. 

If you're in the US, please use your tracking number to pull up your USPS tracking page, as there may be no action needed, or you may have the option to schedule another directly from the tracking page.

If you're based outside of the US, the delivery information is unclear, or if you encounter other issues, please contact our Customer Experience Team for further assistance.

On any occasion where the package is eventually delivered, we'd love confirmation from you that you've received it. This helps us keep our records up-to-date and gives us peace of mind that you are good to go with new products 🤗
