We work hard to ship fast, and most orders leave our East Coast warehouse within 2 business days 🚚 


US orders on average take 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on the location. We'll send you a tracking number via email as soon as it's ready.


Delivery dates for shipping services are estimated, but not guaranteed. 

Expedited shipping services are also available (use our shipping calculator during checkout to get a feel for rates).


During the weeks or months of peak and holiday seasons, orders can be expected to take longer to arrive, extending the normal average to 8-10 business days. To guarantee delivery by a certain date, we always recommend selecting an expedited shipping service at checkout.*


International orders can take 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on the country, and tracking information is provided via email.

PO Boxes

Make sure to select Free USPS Shipping at checkout, as UPS does not currently ship to PO boxes. 



APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

To make sure that your military and diplomatic mail is sent without delays, confirm that your order's shipping address format satisfies the following guidelines:

  • The Country field must be United States.
  • The Name field must contain the recipient’s full name, rank is optional.
  • The Address field must include the recipient’s unit and box number in the following format:
    • Air Force (APO): PSC # Box #
    • Army (APO): Unit # Box #
    • Embassy (DPO): Unit # Box #
    • Navy (FPO): Ship # Hull #
  • The City field must contain either APO, DPO, or FPO to route packages as the military mail instead of international mail. The city shouldn't be the actual destination city or to the Military Post Office (MPO).
  • The State field must be either AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific). The state shouldn't be the actual destination state.
  • The ZIP code field must be a military postal code, not the destination postal code or billing zip code. Military postal codes are matched to the state code in the following format:
    • AA state zip code begins with 340
    • AE state zip code begins with 090-099
    • AP state zip code begins with 962-966

For standard US shipping services, DHL serves as our initial shipping carrier, with USPS executing final delivery. The same tracking number will work on both DHL and USPS tracking sites 👍

UPS and UPS-2DAY options are available with costs determined by weight and location.

International orders are shipped via APC, with final delivery executed by your country's standard delivery provider.

Ursa Major is unable to accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

We completely understand shipping issues happen, so we've teamed up with Corso to make your shipment carbon-neutral and protect your order against loss, theft, or damage. At checkout, select Shipping Protection on your order for a small percentage of your cart total. 

It's a small (and recommended, but totally optional) fee that makes a big difference for the planet and your peace-of-mind 🙂

We know how frustrating it is to order something and have it go missing!

Now for the good news: In most cases, packages show up a day or two after being marked as "delivered" by the carrier. 

We kindly ask that you verify the address provided for your order, then check in with roommates, neighbors, residence mail rooms, or any other delivery locations that the package may have been delivered to by mistake.

Returns

We understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone's skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order - return shipping on us ✅

Returns are only accepted for US orders purchased from UrsaMajorVT.com and products must be at least ⅔ full. We do not accept International returns.

Product

Using the safest, healthiest ingredients available is what Ursa Major was made for.  

We're happy to say that the vast majority of products, aside from our Lunar Bloom Retinal Serum, do not contain any ingredients that are commonly avoided during pregnancy or nursing ✅

Our Fantastic Face Wash4-in-1 Essential Face Tonic, and Fortifying Gel Moisturizer do contain willow bark, a naturally occurring form of salicylic acid. While salicylic acid is an ingredient typically avoided during pregnancy, it's included in these products at a very low amount.

No matter the product, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and use of any new products during pregnancy to see what works best for you. We provide a fully transparent ingredient list for every product - including fragrance components, trace ingredients, and essential oil allergens - so that you can make an informed decision about what Ursa Major products are right for you based on any restrictions you have discussed with your healthcare provider.

  • There are three products that include by-products from honey bees: Hoppin' Fresh Deodorant, Forest Fix Deodorant, and Base Layer Deodorant (contain royal jelly extract) and Morning Mojo Bar Soap (contains honey) 🍯 

We do not currently offer samples for purchase. That said, we absolutely encourage you to check out our travel-sized options or kits if you'd like to try out a smaller size before springing for a full jar or bottle.

Keep in mind that we also have a 30-Day Love It Guarantee - if you don't love your experience within 30 days of receiving our products, we'll happily offer you a refund or exchange ✅

With natural botanical ingredients and small batch production, there can always be slight variation in color, scent, and texture from batch to batch, even when the formula remains untouched. Rest assured that despite a slight visual difference, your product's efficacy is unchanged.

We like to keep things naturally fresh. So we use natural and nature-identical safe preservatives to make our products stable and long-lasting. Because we left out all nasty preservatives, we recommend using your product within 6 months of opening.

Each product also comes with a Best By date printed on the bottom of it's packaging to signify it's recommended use-by date. That said, we view these dates as gentle suggestions; as long as you don't notice any drastic without changes in color or texture, your product should still be completely safe to use beyond this date 😎

Know that you have a subscription, but need a new account invite?

2. You'll receive an email with a link to activate your account. Create a password and once logged in, hover over into Manage Subscriptions to view and adjust your auto-ship preferences ✅ 

You can easily adjust your subscription details by logging into your account.

Once logged in, click into Manage Subscriptions located on the left side panel (web) or upper menu bar (mobile). 

Here you can adjust your subscription details, such as move out the subscription date, change the shipping address, or add and remove items on a one-time or subscription basis 👍

Easily add a product one either a one-time or recurring basis within your subscription portal.

1. Log into your account and click Manage Subscriptions 

2. Select Add A Product 


3. Hover over the product you want to add and select Add one-time or Add subscription. This automatically adds the product to your shipment on either a one-time status or as part of your recurring shipment. 

If subscribing, set your delivery schedule. If desired, adjust the first shipment date, the new product's first shipment date is defaulted to the next shipment date of an existing subscription.


4. Hit Add Product and enjoy 😊

Looking to switch things up? Here's how:

1. Log into your account and select Manage Subscriptions to view subscription details.



2. Under Your Subscriptionclick into the current Product tab.



3. A new window will appear depicting your current product. Select Swap Product to populate a list of available subscription items.

Hover over the product you want to add and click Select. Update the shipment frequency and finish by clicking Swap Product. This automatically swaps out the product tied to your recurring shipment.


4. Enjoy your new product!

Bicoastal or recently made a move? Don't forget to add or change the shipping address tied to your subscription.

1. Login to your account and click into Subscription

2. Click on Shipping Addresses. This will display all shipping addresses associate with your account.

- Here you can select Edit Shipping Address to update specific addresses as needed, or click the Add New Shipping Info button to add an address.


3. Move any Subscriptions over to the new address.

Please note: This only affects the shipping/delivery address, this does not update billing information related to the method of payment.

If you need to adjust the shipping address on an order that has already processed during the current subscription cycle, please reach out to support at [email protected].


Need to delay an upcoming shipment? No worries!

1. Once logged into your account, navigate into Manage Subscriptions and click on Delivery Schedule to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.

2. To skip an upcoming delivery, click Skip. If you want to unskip a delivery, click Unskip next to the order.

Please note: You will only receive one upcoming charge notification per order. Therefore, if you skip an upcoming delivery after receiving the upcoming charge notification, you will not receive another notification for this order.

Change the Shipment Date:

1. Once logged into your account, navigate into Manage Subscriptions and click on Delivery Schedule to see all upcoming deliveries for your subscriptions.

2. Click Manage Subscription next to the delivery that you would like to change.


3. Within the subscription management window, select Next Charge Date to open up the calendar view.


4. Select the desired shipment date within the calendar and hit Update Next Shipment Date to apply the change.

Please note: You will only receive one upcoming charge notification per order. Therefore, if you skip an upcoming delivery after receiving the upcoming charge notification, you will not receive another notification for this order.

Processed Orders:

If you need to cancel or skip a shipment that has already processed during the current subscription cycle, please reach out to support at [email protected].

Currently, Subscribe & Save is only available for our US-based customers. That said, we continue to ship out standard "One-Time" orders to most international locations. Thank you for understanding!
