Our hard-working team does their best to ship fast, and most orders leave our warehouse within 72 hours. ❄

Once fulfilled, US orders on average take 3-7 business days to deliver via standard ground shipping. We will email you your tracking link (please allow 48 hours for the tracking page to update!)

However, during this busy time of year, we extend the standard US delivery average to 8-10 business days.* Please be aware that Hawaii or Alaska orders take longer in most cases. The cut off date for standard shipping in the continental US to arrive before December 25th is Monday, December 15th at 5:00 pm EST.

International orders on average take 4 weeks to arrive, with timing dependent on destination country and customs clearance. A detailed tracking page, including additional links for in-country delivery tracking, is provided for international customers via email.

Protect your shipment from loss, theft, or damage (while also offsetting the carbon costs of your shipment) by selecting Shipping Protection at checkout. We are unable to accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged orders not covered by Green Shipping Protection.
