Oh no! It's possible our email reminder got lost in the shuffle!
We send out a reminder 5 days in advance of your auto-shipment, but we do realize that sometimes a shipment might come as a surprise.
If you receive a subscription ship order that you wish to return for a full refund or store credit, submit a return via our Returns Portal as soon as you receive the order. We'll review your details and generate a pre-paid return label for you as soon as possible 👍
In the meantime, you can access your Subscribe & Save account here and log in using a code sent to you by email and/or text message. From your account, you can modify your auto-ship preferences (such as adjusting the shipping frequency or swapping out products) or cancel your subscription altogether.
