I want to cancel my subscription. How do I cancel, and what happens next?Updated 6 months ago

We're so sorry to see you go! Here's how you can cancel your subscription (video walkthrough below):

1. Get access to your Subscribe & Save account here. Sign in using the code sent to your email and/or text message.

2. Select Manage Subscriptions on the left sidebar.

3. Click the subscription product you'd like to cancel. Scroll down and hit Cancel Subscription.

4. Select why you're choosing to cancel from the menu. Submit your reason by hitting I'd Like to Cancel.

5. Let us know how your experience was (we always love to hear your feedback!) and finalize cancellation by clicking Cancel Subscription.

That's it! You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation ✅

If you receive a shipment post-cancellation that you would like to return, visit our Returns Portal within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. If you'd ever to re-activate your auto-shipment, you can do so from within your account, or by reaching out to our Customer Experience Team.
