You can start a return by following the prompts on our Returns Portal to access your prepaid shipping label (video walkthrough below). You'll have the option to select store credit or a refund. Store credits will be issued upon shipment of your return, and refunds will be issued back to the original payment method once we process your return ✅

Most returns are processed within 3 business days of arriving at our processing facility, and it may take an additional 10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.

*You may return your product(s) using a supplied, prepaid return label within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted for US orders purchased from ursamajorvt.com, and products must be at least ⅔ full. We do not accept returns or exchanges for samples or gifts with purchase. International orders are excluded from returns. We reserve the right to cancel any return due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of this offer.
