Can I change, cancel, or edit my order details once it's been placed?Updated 5 months ago

When it comes to canceling your order, yes you can!

You will have a 3-hour window of time from when the order is placed until it is locked in to cancel the order in full. To proceed with canceling during that time (video walk-through below):

1. Visit your order confirmation email and click Edit or Cancel Order

2. From your order status page, scroll down and click Edit Order or Cancel Order and Continue

3. If you choose Cancel Order, the existing order will be canceled and fully refunded

4. If you choose Edit Order, your current order will be canceled and fully refunded. However, you will be directed to a shopping cart pre-loaded with the contents of the canceled order so you can correct any items or shipping address with ease 🛒

Since direct address changes or edits to the contents of your order cannot be made via your confirmation email, always make sure to double-check your cart before completing your purchase!
