To ensure you receive timely notifications, we recommend "Favoriting" our contact information and checking your email inboxes regularly, including any "Spam" or "Promotions" folders, in case our notifications ended up there by mistake.
Reminder emails are sent out 5 days in advance of your shipment. You can always adjust your subscription preferences - including the timing of upcoming deliveries - directly through your Subscribe & Save account prior to the order processing.
Please note:Â You will only receive one upcoming payment charge notification per order. Therefore, if you skip an upcoming delivery after receiving the upcoming charge notification, you will not receive another notification for this order.
