Can a separate promo code or promotional items be applied to a subscription?Updated 6 months ago
We so greatly appreciate your interest in using your code to save on our products! However, most promo codes are not applicable to recurring subscription orders. Additionally, due to a technical limitation, we are unable to include promotional items - such as Free Sample and Gifts with Purchase - in a recurring Subscribe & Save order.
If you already have a subscription with us and wish to take advantage of a promotional event or Gift with Purchase offer, feel free to place a new one-time order using the code. You can then adjust your auto-ship schedule accordingly via your Subscribe & Save portal!
If you are checking out with subscription items in your cart, you will quickly notice that trying to add another code doesn't allow for a smooth check-out! Below is a video walkthrough on how to adjust those items in-cart to a one-time purchase, so you can use your separate discount.
